Optimal layer order
Command: |
Optimal layer order |
Menu path: |
Tools > Layer Management > Optimal layer
order |
Icon: |
 |
Functional description: |
Arranges layers as per the
defined order. |
|
If the user has changed the layer order* in the site plan drawing (*actually,
it is more accurate to say the object order - see
detailed clarification), they can be returned into the default
order by means of one click.
For this purpose, use Optimal layer order
command.
Priorities:
The command functions by using the order
defined on the drawing level.
If there is the default layer order on the drawing level, it will be applied,
and if there is not, the default order
defined in System Settings will
be used. The order then taken over from the system settings will be copied
to the order on the drawing level.
Bear in mind that there is no order
defined on the drawing level when
a new drawing is created. It will be taken over from the system settings
during the first use of Optimal layer order
command or Define layer order command.
This results in the fact that the subsequent changes of the default order
in the system settings will refer exclusively to the new drawings, not
those whose settings on the drawing level are already generated by using
the above commands.
Procedure
From the main menu run Tools > Layer
Management > Optimal layer order command.
Layers get arranged as per previously defined order.
