Functional description:	By running this command we open an interactive schematic diagram of the FO infrastructure.

By running FO Schematic Diagram command we open TCG Optic View (DWG) window.
The window displays interactive schematic diagram of the infrastructure.

We use the schematic display to view and analyze the infrastructure, splice fibers, detect errors etc.
We can say that the TCG Optic View (DWG) window has indeed become the main tool for working with fiber optic network once the geometry is set up.
