Functional description: This command opens TCG Optic View which enables the overview of GIS database.
 


TCG Map - Optics opens the DB Optic View window which enables the overview of all FO network elements entered into GIS database, creation of schematic display for theselected elements and loading (into the drawing) elements displayed in the scheme.
