folder.
The appropriate folder is automatically selected.
For example if Export to
block ( ) command
was run form FO Schematic Diagram
window, and you were in “Fibers” mode at the time, with fibers
displayed in circuit names’ colors, then the newly-created block
will be placed in the folder: Optics > Fiber > Fiber Circuit

(The Export to block ( ) command can
be found in various windows. See
details.)
Folders are pre-prepared in order to make the work easier for
the user, but the user can also custom-create their own folder
structure.
You don’t have to place the block in the offered folder, you can
choose the location of the new block on your own.
In addition, you can create new folders and put the blocks in them.

Tab: Filter
Filter tab is used to quickly
locate previously created blocks.
In the search field, enter the block name (or part of the name)
you’re looking for, and then click Find.
After that, the block will be displayed in the list on the right.
If you used only part of the name for the search, then all blocks
containing that part of the name will be listed.
If you don’t enter anything in the “Name” field and click Find, you will get the list containing
all blocks.
In addition, you can filter created blocks chronologically.

are created within that time period, they will be displayed in
the list after clicking the Find
